The Anti-Holiday Healing Gathering is an intimate afternoon of rest, reflection, and community care for people navigating infertility, IVF, loss, or the emotional weight of the holidays.

Hosted by Oshun Griot in partnership with Black (in)Fertility Awareness Week, the event centers Black, Brown, Indigenous, and Asian stories of healing while welcoming all who seek space to breathe and connect.

Guests will experience a guided sound and meditation session, a therapist-led discussion on grief and fertility, and a real talk Q&A about caring for yourself through the season. Ear acupressure, tea and self-care stations, and lunch will also be offered in a calm, nurturing setting.
